From the Ground Up
In 2007, after more than 20 years working in the electrical industry, Richard Lewis founded AEC Services (Midlands) Ltd with a simple aim: to provide a reliable, professional electrical service that customers could genuinely trust.
Based in Alcester, Warwickshire, we've steadily grown our reputation across South Warwickshire and Worcestershire — not through flashy advertising, but through the quality of our work and the relationships we build with our customers. A large proportion of our new business comes through personal recommendations from existing clients.
Being an owner-managed business gives us a genuine advantage. When you call AEC, you speak directly to an experienced electrician — not a call centre or a project manager who has never held a screwdriver. We take the time to understand your requirements, give you honest advice on what's actually needed, and carry out the work to the highest standard.
We work with homeowners, landlords, building contractors and local businesses across a 30-mile radius of Alcester — covering everything from single socket additions to full commercial fit-outs. Whatever the size of the job, it gets the same level of care and attention.
As a NIC EIC Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer, all our work is independently assessed for quality and safety, and where applicable, certified under Part P of the Building Regulations. You never need to arrange separate sign-off — we handle everything.
